  During my visit here I had my two year old daughter with me who was desperate for the toilet she wasn't very well I asked politely if I could please take her to the toilet as I don't know ow Denbigh very well so don't know we're the toilets are. When. I asked the lady she said she was happy to let us but she'd go and check only to return to have been told by a gentleman in the back saying "no way" my daughter then had an accident in her trousers as he refused to let a 2 year old use the toilet!
